To book a car on MyCar, you must create a user account in the MyCar service and go through the verification process in your account.
Verification includes confirmation of your email, phone number, and driver's license.
As soon as we understand that everything is in order and verify your account, you can start booking the car you like!
Don't worry, you won't miss this moment, you will definitely receive a notification!
It's very simple!
You only need a profile in two cases:
- You want to book a car.
- You want to rent your own car.
You can view available cars anyway, but if you want something more, please register :)
The only reason we need your driver's license is to check whether you are allowed to drive or not.
After adding your driver's license, we will check it against the traffic police database.
If you are a real person and can legally drive a vehicle, we will verify your profile and you will be able to book a car!
Of course!
Any booking is subject to the vehicle rental agreement.
After confirming your reservation, you will receive a letter with your contract to the email address you provided when registering your account.
Please check the accuracy of the data entered in this agreement, print it out and take it with you to the meeting with the lessor or sign it online through the online document signing services.
Please note that our agreement is RECOMMENDED!
Many landlords may have their own agreements or you may already have your own!
Any lessor is obliged to insure their own car in case of an accident.
We advise you to check the insurance of the car you want to rent when you meet with the lessor :)
In the event of an accident (we hope you don't have to look for this point), you should call the police and inform the owner of the car about this unfortunate incident.
Please do not move the car, do not repair it on the spot (and do not take it to a service station) and do not quarrel with the other party to the accident!
After confirming your booking on your booking page or on the My Activity page, you will be able to start a chat with the other party to the booking.
Please conduct all communication only in this chat.
