It is important that you provide accurate data, such as your name and surname, because they will be used to create a rental agreement.

If you plan to rent a car on behalf of your company, follow this link - Registration.
It's simple: instead of your first and last name, enter your company name. Be sure to include your corporate email and phone number so that we can send you all the important information.
And that's it! There is nothing else to enter at this point. It's as simple as this
Registration completed? Great, now you can add your car.
To gain more trust from renters, we recommend that you go through verification. It's not difficult: confirm your phone number and email.
All these actions are performed in the profile - go through the top menu.
We also recommend adding a photo and a few words about yourself. Your car is already great, but personal information will add credibility.
If you wish, we can draw up a contract by signing it on both sides. It can be used for reporting purposes, tax purposes, or for written guarantees.
Adding your car to the platform is an important step towards new opportunities for you and your car. A properly designed ad is the key to a successful rental. And don't worry, we'll help make the process easy and straightforward.
Adding a photo:
Take high-quality photos of your car. Everyone knows that photos can sell anything, so show your car in all its glory! With a few shots from different angles, customers will be impressed by the way it looks.
Basic information:
It's important to include everything customers need to know about your car. This information will also be included in the contract, so don't forget the important details. Let's show customers that your car is what they are looking for!
Documents:
A bit of a formality, but it is necessary. Please include your vehicle's registration information:
The registration number is the number you see on license plates every day (e.g. BA 3983 BI).
The series and number of the registration certificate are unique data from the document confirming the ownership of the car (such as PBM 345664). Without it, your car will not be able to go on new adventures!
Rental period:
Indicate how long you are willing to rent a car. The shortest term is if you allow renting for a few hours. Long-term rental? No problem! You can set the longest period of more than a month and also choose the long-term rental option. Customers will definitely appreciate this option.
Mileage limit:
Don't want your car to become a participant in a long-distance race? Then set a mileage limit per day. Or, if there are no restrictions, just select the “no limit” checkbox and let the wheels spin! If you have a limit, specify the number of kilometres and the cost of additional kilometres. After the trip, we will help you calculate the cost of the excess mileage.
Price:
Specify the price per hour and per day you expect to receive. If you offer car delivery, mark it and indicate the cost. Or make delivery free if you want to attract more customers (and bonus smiles).
Discounts:
Discounts are always nice! You can set discounts for daily rentals. For example:
1 to 7 days - 1200 UAH/day
from 8 to 15 days - 1100 UAH/day
To add multiple periods, click on the plus sign and specify the desired parameters.
Additional information:
Do not forget to specify all the additional options that your car has. If there is something important missing from the list, let us know and we will be happy to add it.
Your comments:
And finally - your comment! Add a few words about the car that might be of interest to customers. This is a chance to make your offer even more attractive.
Once added, the Car can be found in the My Cars menu.
You have several options there:
Deactivate Auto - temporarily hide the car from search
Edit Car - change any details, price, add-ons, etc.
Delete Car - completely remove the car from the platform
After your car is added to the system, you can edit its availability for rent (by default, it is available every day and around the clock).
Just hover over your profile and select the My Cars tab. Then click Block dates.
To make the car unavailable on certain days, click on the date - it will turn red. You can also browse months to block dates in advance.
Now let's talk about the delivery time. If you want to specify the hours from which your car will be available for pickup, uncheck the Available around the clock box and specify the time in the Pickup from field. Also, do not forget to specify the final return time in the Return to field.
All this information will appear on your ad page.
Let's take a look at the booking process for your car
When someone is interested in your car, its price and availability, you will receive a booking request. To view all active requests, go to the My Activity section.
In this section, you can see the basic information: the date of the reservation, the total cost, and the details of the person who booked the car. If you wish, you can go to the bookinger's profile for more detailed information.
To view additional booking details, just click on the car in the list. You will see the exact start and end time of the rental, as well as the pickup point (depending on whether you are planning to have the car delivered).
After that, you can choose: Accept or Reject the booking request. If the request is accepted, you will have the opportunity to use the chat with the booking agent to agree on all the details and nuances.

Editing or cancelling a reservation
We understand that sometimes life can be unexpected, and there may be situations when you need to cancel or change your reservation. These options are available both before and after booking confirmation.
However, please note that if you cancel less than 24 hours before the rental starts, this may affect your rating - you will receive the lowest score and an automatic comment.
If you have a valid reason for cancelling, we recommend that you contact customer support. We are always ready to help you find a solution and avoid misunderstandings.
So, all the stars are aligned - the time has come!
You have agreed on a time, place, payment method, and all the important details. And now, finally, you have met with the lessee.
To officially transfer the car, go to the My Activity tab and click Transfer car. You will be prompted to enter the odometer reading (current mileage). After that, the lessee needs to confirm the data you provided.
From the technical side, this is all that needs to be done on our platform.
We, on the other hand, recommend that you check the tenant's driver's license and take a photo of the documents for your safety. This will definitely not be superfluous and will give you peace of mind.
Of course, for the lessee to be able to travel around the country in your wonderful car, they need a lease agreement. If you are already a professional in this business, you probably have your own proven agreement that has already gone through many trips.
But if you're just at the beginning of this journey, we've made it easy. After confirming the booking, you and the tenant will receive a copy of our standard contract. It contains everything important: information about the car, the duration of the trip and its cost. This is a recommended contract drawn up in accordance with all the rules and laws.
Although the contract can be considered legitimate without signatures due to the acceptance of the platform's terms and conditions, we recommend signing it - electronically or in person. Check the correctness of the data, print out the contract, or sign it via electronic signature services. This will give you peace of mind during a meeting with the police or in other situations - having a paper document is always more reliable.
So far, a signed paper contract is taken more seriously, but who knows, maybe soon all important papers will be only in your smartphone.
So the trip is over, and the renter returns the car at the pre-arranged location. First of all, check the condition of the car and the fuel level to make sure everything is as agreed.
The rest is simple: the renter should go to the My Rides menu and click End Trip. The system will ask them to enter the odometer reading. After entering it, you will receive a request to confirm the kilometres travelled. If everything is correct, you only need to confirm this data.
After that, you will proceed to the next stage, where the platform will automatically compare the mileage with the limits you set
After all the odometer data has been confirmed, the last step is to reconcile the mileage driven. The tenant clicks the Reconcile mileage button and receives the result of the trip, which will indicate the total length of the trip, the set limit, and the cost of exceeding this limit.
In case of exceeding the limit, the system will indicate the amount to be paid.
Limits are configured when adding or editing your vehicle. You will be able to set a limit on the number of kilometres per day in the Trip duration section. There you can also specify the price for each kilometer over the set limit.
If you don't want to limit the mileage, just select the Free mileage limit per day option, and the unnecessary fields will be automatically hidden.
Reviews are already a part of our everyday lives, and they help build trust between people we don't know personally.
If you liked your Tenant, he/she kept all the agreements and you were satisfied, feel free to leave a positive review and give him/her 5 stars. This will be a great bonus for them and will help them easily find new options for rent in the future.
And of course, if something goes wrong, don't be afraid to write an honest review. This is important for the transparency of the service and will help other users.
Ratings add transparency to the service and increase competitiveness, helping to improve the quality of service on the platform.
If you are interested in long-term rental, we have prepared such an opportunity for you!
To put your car for a long-term rental (for a month or more), just enable the corresponding option in the form of adding or editing your car. You will find it at the bottom of the Trip duration section. After activating this feature, a new mandatory field Price per month will appear, where you can specify the desired price for a monthly rental. It is also important to specify the longest period of your car reservation - more than one month.
Please note that when booking for more than a month, for example, a month and a few days, the price for additional days will be automatically calculated using the formula: price per month / number of days in the month.
