Frequently Asked Questions

What do I need to book a car on MyCar?

To book a car on the MyCar platform, you need to be over 19 years old and possess a valid driver's license. First, create your account, then complete the verification process in your personal cabinet.

Verification includes confirming your email, phone number, and driver's license—this ensures you are a real person.

Don't worry; you won't miss this step as you will receive a notification!

Why is verification necessary?

You can view available cars without registering, but to fully access the platform's features, we recommend signing up!

Registration indicates a user's seriousness and intent to rent a vehicle. The owner can be confident they are dealing with a genuine client who has the required documents, such as a driver's license.

We also carefully moderate cars and users to prevent fraud, unfair competition, and artificial rating manipulation.

Don't worry; we will securely protect your personal information!

How does the payment work?

The Tenant and the Owner can agree on a payment method that is convenient for both parties, choosing any option that suits them.

What will happen if I get into an accident?

If an accident, theft, or any other unpleasant incident occurs with the vehicle, immediately inform the Owner.

Within 24 hours of the event, you need to provide the following documents from the relevant authorities:

-Accident report

-Police report for theft

-Documents for other incidents

Otherwise, you will be responsible for the damages yourself, which is not the best option.
