General Provisions
The website mycar.org.ua (hereinafter referred to as MyCar) is the property of MAY-CAR Limited Liability Company (hereinafter referred to as the Company).

These Terms and Conditions are developed for the Owners and Users and apply to all content of this website. Please read the Terms carefully before using the services of the website.
By using this website, you confirm that you agree to the Terms and Conditions below. If you do not agree with any of the provisions of the Terms, you must not use the website or services provided by the Company.
The Terms may be changed by the Company unilaterally at any time without notice to the Client and will become effective immediately upon posting on this website. On this basis, your further access to it and use of its services will be governed by the changes made.
The Company does not own or dispose of any property presented in MyCar ads, including cars or other Vehicles.
Terms used in these Terms:
Owner - an individual or legal entity in accordance with the legislation of Ukraine that has the right to dispose of the Vehicle and has passed the registration procedure on the MyCar website;
User - a natural person in accordance with the legislation of Ukraine who has the right to drive the Vehicle on the territory of Ukraine and has passed the registration procedure on the MyCar website;
Lessor - the Owner who has entered into a vehicle lease agreement as a result of booking a vehicle using the MyCar website software;
Renter - a User who has entered into a vehicle rental agreement as a result of booking a vehicle using the MyCar website software;
Vehicle or Vehicle means any device that falls under the definition of a vehicle in accordance with the Traffic Rules or other regulatory legal acts of Ukraine;
Client - the Owner or User;
Separate cooperation agreement means an agreement for the provision of advertising services or other economic and legal agreement between the Company and the Owner in the status of a legal entity, concluded for the purpose of cooperation with the Company on commercial terms;
Recommended Rental Agreement is a civil law vehicle rental agreement created by the MyCar service to confirm the booking of a vehicle using the MyCar software.
Other concepts that are not defined above are used in accordance with the current legislation of Ukraine and/or business practices.
Terms of cooperation with Vehicle Owners/Lessors:
The MyCar service is a platform for placing advertisements on behalf of the Owners for the purpose of further transferring their Vehicles for rent on a paid basis to potential Users.
The vehicle owner has the opportunity to cooperate on private or commercial terms.
Commercial terms of cooperation are legal relations between the Company and the Owner in the status of a legal entity.
Private terms of cooperation are legal relations between the Company and the Owner in the status of an individual.
Owners who wish to use MyCar services on commercial terms may enter into a separate cooperation agreement with the Company as business entities (legal entities). This cooperation agreement is signed in accordance with the current terms of Ukrainian legislation and regulates the relevant legal relations between the parties.
The terms and conditions not regulated by a separate cooperation agreement are governed by these Terms.
The Vehicle Owner may use the MyCar services after registering on the Platform and having documents confirming the right to dispose of the Vehicle, in particular: a vehicle registration certificate, a power of attorney, a lease agreement and/or other documents that, in accordance with the laws of Ukraine and their content, allow the transfer of the Vehicle for lease to another person.
The Vehicle lease agreement shall be concluded between the Owner and the User, who, after the conclusion of the lease agreement, acquire the status of the Lessor and the Lessee, respectively.
MyCar provides the Recommended Vehicle Rental Agreement, which is generated automatically after the booking procedure is completed and contains the data of the parties based on the information provided by the customers during registration.
The general terms of the Recommended Rental Agreement can be found in these Terms and Conditions.
The parties have the right to change the terms of the vehicle rental agreement offered in the recommended version by MyCar.
MyCar and the Company are not a party to the Vehicle lease agreement between the Owner and the User and shall not be directly or indirectly liable for any of the parties, as well as for problems arising from the rented Vehicle.
Any confirmations or other data transmitted by MyCar to settle the relationship between the Owner and the User do not constitute an agreement governing the rental services.
The rental agreement is concluded directly between the Owner and the User.
The Owner is obliged to read the rental agreement carefully before signing it upon receipt of the rented Vehicle. The Owner's signature means that he/she agrees with all the clauses of the agreement.
The Company does not guarantee the business reputation and/or any actions on the part of one of the parties to the agreement or the Vehicles provided for rent. The person specified in the lease agreement or other agreement concluded directly between the Lessor and the Lessee is directly responsible for the leased Vehicle.
The Company is not responsible for the obligations arising from the vehicle lease agreement.
The Company is not responsible for incorrect information provided online: incorrectly entered or misspelled email addresses, the Owner's name, phone numbers or credit cards and other data necessary for placing an advertisement and identifying the Owner.
The Company is not responsible for reimbursing the Owner for any losses incurred as a result of his/her actions or actions of the User.
By accepting these Terms, the Vehicle Owner agrees that he/she is obliged to pay for the Company's services.
If the Owner offers the possibility to pick up his/her Vehicle at a permanently designated location, he/she must provide MyCar with the exact location of the Vehicle and make sure that the Vehicle is available at this location at the beginning of the booking period.
Recommended rental conditions:
MyCar, upon confirmation of the reservation by the Booking Owner, will create a Recommended Vehicle Rental Agreement, the template of which can be found here.
In addition to the terms and conditions specified in the Recommended Rental Agreement, MyCar offers the Clients to comply with the provisions specified in this section of the Terms and Conditions.
The Lessor is obliged to:
- Bear the costs of maintaining the Vehicle, its insurance, as well as other costs arising in connection with its normal operation for the purpose provided for in the Vehicle Lease Agreement;
- Provide a safe legally registered and insured Vehicle in good technical condition;
- Provide the Vehicle on time;
- Verify the identity of the Renter by examining his/her documents;
- Not offer any vehicle or additional equipment that it does not own or have the authority to dispose of;
- Not to offer any equipment that is not safe, clean and acceptable for the intended use;
- Remove all personal belongings, any firearms or other weapons from the Vehicle before providing it to the Renter. The Vehicle Owner is responsible for the disappearance of such things;
- Offering the Renter the opportunity to pick up his/her vehicle at a permanently designated location, providing MyCar with the exact location of the vehicle and making sure that the vehicle is available at this location at the beginning of the booking period;
- Not to be in a state of alcoholic, narcotic intoxication or under the influence of hallucinogenic drugs, their analogues and precursors, as well as other drugs that affect consciousness and reaction speed when delivering the car to the Renter;
- Confirm the condition of the vehicle in the acceptance certificate before and after the trip;
- Return the deposit at the end of the trip, which took place without an accident and damage to the vehicle by the User;
- Not to set the price higher than it is indicated on other advertising platforms (in case of placing the vehicle not only on MyCar);
- Do not add links to other platforms in the description of the vehicle (in case of placing the vehicle not only on MyCar);
- To insure the Car for the period of its use by the Renter.
The Lessor has the right to:
- Terminate the use of MyCar services at any time except during the validity of the vehicle rental. If you cancel the trip less than 24 hours before it starts, otherwise it will negatively affect your rating and an automatic comment about the cancellation will be added;
- Request a deposit if you wish. These requirements should be indicated in the vehicle description on the MyCar website. The amount of the deposit is indicated in a separate field in the Vehicle Rental Agreement;
- After confirmation of the damage by the authorized bodies and/or MyCar, the Vehicle Owner may take the amount of the deposit to cover the damage to the Vehicle caused by the Renter;
Commission for using the platform:
- Lessors who use our platform to rent out their vehicles agree to pay a commission for each successfully completed rental.
- The standard commission is 4% of the amount for all completed trips in a given month, but is not fixed and may depend on various factors such as the length of the rental, the type of vehicle, its value, rental demand, location and other conditions determined individually between the lessor and the platform.
- The platform provides lessors with a monthly report on all successfully completed rentals and a calculation of the commission to be paid. Landlords are obliged to pay the commission by the 10th of each month based on this report.
- The platform reserves the right to change the terms of commission calculation or the factors affecting its amount by notifying the lessors at least 30 days before the implementation of the new terms.
- MyCar and the Lessor agree to provide a Grace Period, during which the Lessor is exempted from the obligation to pay MyCar's remuneration for the services provided.
- The Grace Period lasts until 1st of August 2025.
- Upon expiration of the Grace Period, the Customer undertakes to pay for the services on the terms specified in this Agreement.
Reservations:
1. The User can make a reservation of the selected Vehicle using the MyCar interface and program elements.
2. After selecting the Vehicle and clicking the “Book” widget, MyCar sends a request to the Owner to confirm the reservation.
3. MyCar provides the User with a confirmed reservation on the website and/or by other means of communication, which contains all the necessary information on the subject of the lease, location, contact details of the Owner, etc.
4. Upon receipt of the Owner's confirmation of the reservation, MyCar shall form a Recommended Vehicle Rental Agreement containing the information of the parties (the Lessee and the Lessor), information about the Vehicle, the date of reservation, the rental price according to the information provided by the Clients during registration on MyCar. The Agreement shall be sent to the Clients by e-mail and shall be the basis for payment for the rental services in accordance with the current legislation of Ukraine.
5. Booking a Vehicle with MyCar allows you to order an additional service “Delivery”. Delivery of the Vehicle is carried out to the address selected by the User and may be paid additionally.
MyCar strongly recommends that Customers carefully check the booking data, including the city, rental period, personal data. Customers should read the Terms and Conditions before finalizing the reservation. If the Client is unclear about the consequences of non-compliance with the Terms, we recommend contacting MyCar via email: info@mycar.org.ua or using the bot @MyCar_ukr_Bot to get more information about the Terms before accepting them.
By booking the selected Vehicle on MyCar, the Clients undertake to comply with the terms of the rental agreement, including those that have been changed by one of the parties and not notified to the other at the time of conclusion. MyCar displays on the website the rental conditions that are recommended from the point of view of MyCar and aimed at fair settlement of disputes, if any. However, MyCar and the Company shall not be liable to either the Owner or the User for changing the conditions by the other party, as well as for fulfilling the conditions provided for in the Recommended Rental Agreement, including any amendments thereto.
The User may cancel or change the reservation without imposing any sanctions if such cancellation is made no later than 24 hours before the start of the trip. If the booking was made less than 24 hours before the start of the trip, it can be cancelled within 1 hour from the moment of booking.
Final provisions:
The Company is not responsible for the condition of the Vehicle, in particular for the full compliance of the Vehicle with the image of the Vehicle displayed on the ad page, which may be for informational purposes only. The rented Vehicle provided upon receipt may differ from the one shown in the image.
By agreeing to the terms of use of this website, you warrant to the Company that you will not use it for purposes that are illegal, prohibited or contrary to the Terms.
In particular, by starting to use this website, you agree to:
- Not to use it to make speculative or false reservations
- Not to use the name or trade name of MyCar for commercial purposes without prior written permission from the Company.
In case of violation of the provisions of these Terms, MyCar may block access to your account, and in case of material and/or reputational damage caused by the Client's actions, MyCar will be forced to apply to law enforcement and/or judicial authorities.
